We store personal data on Google's servers through Google Forms. This data is kept strictly confidential. While Google only hosts the data and does not access it unless mandated by law or authorized by user consent, we maintain full control over who can view the responses and whether respondents remain anonymous.

Access to the data covered by this policy is strictly limited to authorized personnel whose roles require it.
